Cancellation Policy

This is the edited cancellation policy, effective February 6, 2023:

You will be sent a text message or receive a phone call to confirm your appointment the day before you are scheduled. PLEASE BE SURE TO ANSWER YES OR NO. Simply not showing for your appointment will cause you to be charged for your appointment at full price. This cancellation policy is sent to every person in text message and is spoken of in every phone call confirmation. 

If you must cancel your appointment, it is preferable that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. I am no longer able to allow much of a grace period, unless I have a waiting list for that appointment time or you have someone come in your place.

If you cancel less than 12 hours before your appointment time outside those parameters, you will be responsible for a $25 cancellation fee. If it is less than 3 hours before your appointment time, you will be responsible for the entire price of the session. If you have bought a package, that session will be deducted from your package. If you have not purchased a package, you will owe for that session before another can be scheduled.

***PLEASE NOTE*** If you are more than 15 minutes late for your session and do not contact us, you will be considered a "no-show" and will be responsible for your total session price, even though the session will be cancelled at that point.

Please understand why we must do this – we have people that want to schedule at the premium times, but can’t get them because others are scheduled at those times. When the person that is scheduled does not show up, we lose that income. We cannot do that on a regular basis and still run a successful business. So please understand – this is not a slight against our clients, but a standard we must enforce to be able to do what we do best (so we have been told) – massage. Thank you for understanding.
