Cancellation Policy

This is the new cancellation policy, effective February 14th, 2018:

If you must cancel your appointment, it is preferable that you do so at least 12 hours in advance, however, I will allow a bit of a grace period. If you cancel less than 3 hours before your appointment time, you will be responsible for a $25 cancellation fee. If it is less than an hour before your appointment time, you will be responsible for the entire price of the session. If you have bought a package, that session will be deducted from your package. If you have not purchased a package, you will owe for that session before another can be scheduled.

Please understand why I am having to do this – I have people that want to schedule at the premium times, but can’t get them because others are scheduled at those times. When the person that is scheduled does not show up, I lose that income. I cannot do that on a regular basis and still run a successful business. So please understand – this is not a slight against my clients, but a standard I must enforce to be able to do what I do best (so I have been told) – massage. Thank you for understanding.
